Return and Refund Policy
At VONCLO, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
- Returned with its original packaging when possible
Items that are worn, washed, damaged, stained, or returned in poor condition may be refused or only partially refunded.

- Your order number
- The item you want to return
- The reason for your return
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available depending on stock. If the size or color you want is not available, we may offer a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a suitable solution.
